Humane Strategies wants to help shelters increase adoptions, improve shelter operations, and expand community outreach efforts through public relations and education. To that end, our Shelter Program Manager works with shelters by discussing and recommending goals for improvement, program development and direction, and fund-raising.

We also work to develop programs that will be supportive of and complementary to the Rescue Waggin' efforts and aimed at our Rescue Waggin' partner shelters in the states in which the Rescue Waggin' program operates.

The ultimate goal of Humane Strategies is to develop innovative, lifesaving
programs for shelters at a grassroots level. Therefore, we invite you to
